The team
relies on the experience and skills of a team comprising fifteen professionals. All team members share a common capital markets background and all have a detailed knowledge of the companies and sectors they cover (on which they specialise, they supervise). All team members apply the most sophisticated financial tools to optimise corporate strategy, in either acquisitions or disposals situations.
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Jean-Marc TEURQUETIL, 47, graduated from Ecole Normale Supérieure and has spent the majority of his career in financial industry. After spending seven years with the Crédit Lyonnais, as a deputy manager in charge of derivatives (equity, credit, forex), and of bond trading, both at a global level, he became the general manager of BNP Finance. In 1996, he took over Aurel Leven (Aurel Leven Securities), and founded AUREL NextStage in 2002. This was followed by the creation of Aurel conseil in 2004. Until March 2007, he was Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Aurel NextStage.
Senior Partner
Daniel DUPARD has spent the majority of his career in the real-estate industry. After being Head of the Housing division of the Générale des Eaux group, he moved on to become the CIP Group’s Head of real-estate in 1993. He was appointed to the same position within the CGIS Group in 1995. In 1996, he became marketing director of Anjou Patrimoine, still within the Générale des Eaux Group, which later became Vivendi. He joined the Nexity Group in 1997, initially as Deputy General Manager of Sari Management (which later became Nexity) and was subsequently appointed Chairman and President of Nexity Conseils and Nexity Entreprises respectively. He joined

Senior Partner
Guy RABANIS has held senior management positions at several banks. At Credit Lyonnais, he was in charge of Corporate accounts for Paris and its region. In 1977 he became head of the Corporate Accounts division. In 1995 he joined Clinvest as Senior Partner, in charge of the aerospace industry coverage, before moving on to the Banque Arjil. He joined
in 2005 as a Senior Partner.
Director
Agnès MAROSSERO graduated from the ESC Rouen and began her career as a credit analyst at Paribas Mexico. She then joined the internal audit department and later the corporate finance departments of Rhône-Poulenc. Prior to joining
in March 2007, she worked in the Corporate Finance department of Deloitte, where she covered the industrial and services sectors.
Director
Thierry PIERSON hold a Master (économétrie) and a Capital Markets Master degree. He began his career in 1994 at Crédit Lyonnais, in the securitization and later the Aerospance financing departments, in Paris and in Singapore. He joined the insurance broker Marsh in 2002 where and he was in charge of the development of insurance products used in structured finance transactions.
Thierry joined
in June 2007, where he heads the securitization activities.
Director
Lucile holds a Masters degree in econometrics and a DESS of scientific management methods. She began her career within the corporate finance department of Aurel Leven where she led financial operations on listed and non-listed companies. Lucile then joined the Equity Capital Market department of Ixis, now Natixis, and she was in charge of capital market transactions (IPO, capital raising, public offers) on the mid-market segment.

Florent SOLVICHE graduated from IEP Paris, and holds Magistère and a degree in History from the Panthéon Sorbonne University. He began his career in consulting before joining software editor Avanquest Software (Euronxt Cac Smal 90 / SBF 250). Prior to joining Athema, he headed the Mergers & Acquisitions department of Assystem (Euronext CAC Mid 100 / SBF 120), since 2003.
Florent joined
in May 2007. He is in charge of the Software, IT Services, Engineering and Services industries.
Director
Martin VOLATIER graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique, the Ponts et Chaussées and holds a Master degree from Stanford University and a diploma in Chinese from the Institut des Langues Orientales. He began his career at Trilogy Software (Austin, Texas) and spend the next ten years at other IT companies both in France and the United States. He joined Hubwoo, a provider of B-to-B solutions listed on Euronext, where led the acquisition of US competitor Trande Ranger and was Strategy and Marketing Vice-President.
Martin joined
in May 2007 where he focuses on the Aerospace and Defence industries, and other industries with high technological content.
